We are a leading international research and policy institute looking for a highly-motivated and well-organised individual to conduct a literature review for a research project focussing on the harms experienced by children as a result of online risks. The research is funded by the John Fell Fund OUP Research Fund and will be led by Drs Victoria Nash and Monica Bulger.
The successful applicant will need to have prior experience in conducting literature reviews and the ability to synthesise information from a wide range of sources. Candidates must have a degree or postgraduate training in social science and the ability to work autonomously and to self-start specific aspects of the research programme as defined. The successful candidate will ideally have experience using qualitative and/or qualitative research methods in the social sciences and an interest in undertaking critical research related to child protection issues.
The post is available immediately and is offered part-time (50% FTE) for 6 months. The postholder will be based at the OII North site at 66 Banbury Road, Oxford.
