Senior Programme Manager for Media Reform, Rwanda

Location: Rwanda

IWPR is currently accepting applications from senior professionals with significant project management experience and knowledge of media / policy issues to help drive an ambitious programme for media reform in Rwanda and oversee field capacity-building projects.

Term: 18 months, with possible extension thereafter subject to funding

Summary:

This position will work closely with a new unit within the Rwandan government for media to help drive a comprehensive programme of media reforms across multiple governmental and independent entities, while directing specific project components of the programme which may be implemented directly by IWPR.
